With Celeste Siciliano, it was possible to obey a Tosca, who at every moment, both vocally and dramatically, would meet the huge demands of this role, her great voice mastering every note, and with natural ease succeeding in the tender and touching moments of this demanding part.


New York City born Soprano, Celeste Siciliano, has sung in opera houses and concert halls in Europe, Australia, Asia and the USA. Her wide repertoire includes roles and solos from Tosca, Norma, Un Ballo in Maschera, La Bohéme, Madama Butterfly, Die Walküre, Tristan und Isolde, Elektra, Verdi's Requiem, Britten's War Requiem and Strauss' Vier Letzte Lieder. She holds vocal performance degrees from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and The University of Delaware. She has received awards and grants from many institutions including The Liederkranz Foundation, The Wagner Society of New York and The Alexander & Buono Foundation.
Here Celeste is joined by pianist Nana Miyoshi at the Colombus Citizen's Foundation in NYC. They present the famous Act One scene from Bellini's Masterpiece 'Norma'.
